Found this through the guitar center clearence page. Looks like Rock Band 2 for 360 most likely only disk only but it might be the full package. Link is:

Yeah, it was $19.99 at Game Crazy for like two months. I think it went back up after Christmas, but I'm not sure.

Hi thanks for posting this, i have rock band 1. Is rock band 2 any different or does it just have new songs? I dont really want to pay for something just because its got new songs. Any advice? Thanks

Get RB2. The interface is generally better along with some behind-the-scenes updates such as hammer-on chords. Plus for $20, just new songs alone is worth the purchase.

Plus you can pay like 5 bucks and import all your RB1 songs into RB2.
