The $4 increase isn't exactly a dealbreaker for me but the fact it won't ship with prime is.

An all Amazon deals, if Amazon goes out of stock, it shows the 3rd party retailer's price. Once those 29 from Amazon went away, it was then sold by Target for $44 plus shipping.
