Not sure if it's an error or what (considering the site lists RB2 software alone for $59), but for the time being, click the link and choose "Rock Band 2 - Software Only" as the first option, and leave "Do Not Include At this Time" checked for the section available option.

Strange, considering I did a search in these very forums for both "Rock Band 2" and "Walmart" and didn't see these in the results.
