I'll be in attendance at the San Bernardino show. Any other CAGs going?

UPDATE 4/27:
A second NYC show (with a slightly different lineup) has been announced for July 29. New artists Rakim, Talib Kweli, Erykah Badu, and Boot Camp Clik have been added to the list.

I may hit that LA/San Bernadino show. Rage and PE make this worth it. Let's face it, the next time you get to see PE perform will probably be when they make the RRHOF.

Assuming I can jump on the pre-sale, I'll definitely be hitting the San Bernadino show. RATM is one of my favorite acts to see live.

OH MY GOD! I went to the last Rock The Bells, but this line up looks so much better and the last one was amazing!

MF DOOM and NaS better be at San Francisco show. I have to buy tickets tomorrow. Any word on the price?

EDIT: Geez. Prices went up this year. Someone is asking for a lot. Still worth it though.

Rage, PE, the Roots and Pharoahe Monch make it worth the money to me. Not to mention Sage Francis and the possibility of seeing MF DOOM and Felt.

Ticketmaster.com surcharges push the San Bernardino price to $90 total. :bomb:

I'm heading to The Basement and Fat Beats to see what they're charging.

Zewone, what show are you going to? I'll be heading to the SF show! Keeping my fingers crossed for MF Doom in SF Bay!

Frisco son! Cant' wait to see DOOM. Never thought I'd get a chance to see him live.

DAMN!!! I didn't think Nas would be anywhere else but the NY show. Yeah, I never thought I'd see MF Doom either. This would leave me with M.O.P. on my list of groups to see live. AMAZING!! I'm buying my ticket right now!

DOOM better be at the NY show or I will hunt the masked villain down myself. I can do without Nas because I'm seeing him next month, but goddamnit DOOM, YOU BETTER BE IN NY!

Word from GU is that Nas and DOOM won't be in NY. Sorry.

Nas can't do it because he's doing a show there within 30 days of the event, which would break his contract. DOOM, they didn't say why he wouldn't be there.

so where's the presale website? is it up yet? I'm looking for SF show. Aside from all the other great's I wasn't even expecting immortal technique. Revolutionary V.2 has been in my Truck CD player non stop since I bought it.

Edit: found it at ticketmaster website

got damn~!!! I'm in for seeing Cypress Hill and JMT on the same day~!!!!

but when the hell are they gonna release that dvd of the first wu performance?!?!?!

they showed the trailer last year and it looked all dramatic and shit!!

I've been waiting since...

edit: WTF $90 ticket on ticketmaster?!?!?!

last year I only paid half of that... I'ma wait til the stores get tickets

The price sucks compared to last year, but the show is worth more than $90.

I'd get tickets as quick as possible. With the tickets readily available on Ticketmaster.com, scalpers all over the nation can buy tickets for eBay. The only one I wouldn't worry too much about is the San Francisco show, since there isn't going to be any seats. (Which is going to suck. Last year the concert was 11 hours long.)

Looks amazing, that is an incredible line-up. It's almost like a dream come true

Too bad it's only going to be at three mere locations... if it was down here in FL I'd definitely buy tickets to that shit!

man eff it, I'ma jus buy the ticket online.

convenience fees arent any worse than the time + gas it would take me to get tickets from cerritos or sherman oaks

brodiemash>>> yeah, I meant the 2nd thing u said, not the performance itself.

the one with the crowds all crying trying to tear down the fence and the dude in charge stressing himself the hell out!!

I jus found a website for it:
http://www.rockthebellsmovie.com/

but I'm too lazy to enter and explore it rite now...
Thanks brother senorwhoowoo... I'm going!
No prob, man. I'll be the tall, lanky guy going nuts to Rage...and every other act.

Ah i guess the pw was in the OP - I was too excited to read it all I guess.

Who wants to take guesses on the "Special Guests" they talk about in the flyer?

Last time it was Lauryn Hill and Dave Chappelle.

This year I'm guessing:

Lupe or Jay-Z.

Or maybe I'm just be hopeful.

I'd love to see DOOM and Ghost perform some of their upcoming songs.

I saw Mike Relm open up for Blue Man Group earlier this month. I dare say he was the better act. I'd also say he's more of a VJ than a DJ since he does a lot of real-time video mixing along with his scratching.

Edit: Now with V I D E O!

You can get a tattoo afterwards.

"I went to Rock The Bells 2007 and all I got was this stab wound"

then underneath the scar you can put names of all the headliners!

I was almost stabbed at Rock the Bells I, matter of fact. But that whole show was just a disaster... All the other RTBs were perfectly safe.
You could have bought tickets from the show since 10AM Weds. morning... password GUERILLA.
Ah, touche. I got an email from the KROQ team. Looks like they're running the same presales.

Well, I try. :(

OP updated with info on city-specific lineups.

San Bernardino gets all acts except Hieroglyphics, Blackalicious, and Murs. But Murs will be performing in SB as part of the Living Legends anyway.

I know I'm hoping big here, but I hope the surprise guests include either El-P or Talib Kweli.

El might as well be there if Cage and Lif are there, and Talib might as well be there if Mos and Hi-Tek are there.

...I'm too lazy to check if they've got conflicting dates in their schedules.
