Just to preface this, I am not a pc gamer. I want my games on my tv not in my office. Anyway, today I went to a thrift store and found some items at cool prices. I got Gunstar Heros for the genny for $2 (cart only), and I got Jet Force Gemini for the 64 (loose) for $2. I think those were pretty good deals and I will play them. But I don't know what to think about my other find.
I paid a grand total of 90 cents for a CIB Sam and Max: Hit the road pc game. It is in really good shape but comes with seven floppy discs. All the ones I have seen on ebay are cds. So I am at a loss for value.
I love the inserts in this beast as well. There is a diskette trade in offer card that asks for you to send $5 and you will recieve the game on 5.25" disks. There is also an information survey that has questions such as "Do you own a modem?"
I guess I just don't know what to think of this buy. Is it something to brag about?
