Samsung NUON

After playing split screen space invaders on the NUON, I need to get me a system. Anyone have one of these?

What's the difference between the SD-2300, N501, and N2000?

For purposes of playing games I would think that a Nuon is a Nuon -- Samsung made one, so did Toshiba. There are probably differences in terms of playing DVD's. There are only a few games, best one being Tempest IMHO. There may be a difference in the controllers, but not sure.

for the most part they all play games the same. One Noun though had a pack in only game. I remember buying one and it wasn't worth it at all.

Only the N501 plays homebrew games on CDRs.

I still need to get this, if only for Tempest 3000. I really enjoyed 2000 and the original. I must say Tempest on XBLA isn't that good in my opinion. There's just something I don't like about it.
