They are pretty much the same but the blue one had been reported to have some errors with using the psp. It was a rare ocurrence so you shouldn't really have to worry about it.

The more expensive one is a different color and comes with a memory stick duo adaptor that lets you use it in regular memory stick ports. Its useful if you buy a memory card reader that only reads non duo memory sticks.
