TehTriggerman: I hope you end up with a genuine memory stick, but since you bought on eBay, it wouldn't hurt to look through these links and test out the card when you get it.

I also bought a 4GB memory stick pro duo from eBay before I knew about these guides and discovered that it was a fake when it arrived. I think I'll take advantage of this deal since I need to replace the fake, so thanks for the heads-up GrayWolf.
 
I also bought a fake 4GB card on ebay for under $40, which I wouldn't have cared much because it was a great deal, but it was defective. The read/write times are also like 5 times slower, so they are a hassle. The card looked almost identical to my genuine card, but if you look at those links above, you do see that there are noticable differences. Good thing I got a refund ;) If I had some spare cash ATM, I'd snag this deal right away!
