I picked up two sets of 3 today thanks to a little flipping.

I picked up Forza 3, Persona, and Hot Shots Golf Out of bounds. (70 cash after flips)

and the troo cheapass set. Bionic Commando, Eat Lead the Return of Matt Hazard, and Overlord Raising Hell. (14 cash with the flips)
 
I dont have a GC, but local HWV's are FLOODED with games from the closed GC stores. They're all 80% off.

I picked up 11 older 360 games for $26.

Pipe Mania for PS2 is $1.99 New and $1.49 used at Gamestop. Trades in for $9.09 base or roughly $10ish with MVP.

Should work. I flipped 4 today at 2 different GC's. Have to take advantage of their used B2G1. Also, noted today that Metroid Trilogy went back up to $50.
 
anyone know how much FEAR2(X360) gets @ HWV and/or GC. id called HWV but they are closed.

Traded in Pipe Mania today and got $10 with MVP. thanks :D

also traded in Sonic Heroes for the Gamecube for $1.65/1.82.
 
Little bit o' bragging, but also some info.

Picked up some games from GameStop and Target on my way to GameCrazy.
Target had The Bigs 2 for PS3 at 30% off a starting price of $19.99 (Did not seem like the correct starting price).

Traded:
2 Bigs 2 PS3 @ $17.96 (w/$10 off coupon) -> $41.60 ($16 base)
2 Pipe Mania PS2 @ $2.98 (used, GS) -> $23.62 ($9.09 base)
2 Cloudy w/Meatballs 360 @ $17.96 (w/$10 off coupon) -> $54.14 ($20.82 base)

I spent $38.90 on the games. I traded them in to GameCrazy for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 (hence 30% bonus - thru 11/15) and picked up Punch Out Wii used ($17.99 w/MVP). My credit balance went up $41.38. Tax not included in the calculations, so I actually paid a few dollars for the 2 games (plus gas money, but I drive a 42 mpg econo car).

So confirming the trade in value for Pipe Mania PS2 and Cloudy w/Meatballs (thanks BLAZETIGER) and reporting $16 base TIV for The Bigs 2 PS3.

Also:
360 Fallout 3 360 down to $15
360 Battlestations: Pacific down to $10
360 G.I. Joe: Rise of Cobra down to $15.00

Very nice information, I did it tonight. FYI, for those with few or no GC's in their area, it gets $9.09 at HWV's that don't have GC's attached, as well - no MVP bump, but still a damn good flip. I had 3 to trade, GC would only take 2 at once, and I didn't have time to travel to the next closest GC, so I traded it at a closer HWV. $5 GS credit (2 used, 1 new) into $30 GC credit. I wonder how long it will hold, maybe I'll get a chance to do it again.

Be warned, not all GCs take the Space Chimps. Mine did not. He did say he would try the update by calling Tech Support, but he said they already sell the game on clearance and I did not want to wait, so I have a couple returns in the next week. At least I bought them with credit so no cash was lost.

yea trades all depends on the store. if ya cool w/ them and they know what your doing ya good money. like my HWV. i think 9x out of 10 its the stores that flag your acct and not corp. i was planning on getting like 10 copies of Pipe Mania and trading them in today. if so Xbox 360 Pro here i come. lol

Yes you can, but again, some stores might not like it and will refuse your trade (although technically speaking, they are not allowed to).

Ski Doo only got me $11 with MVP. Also the price drops for the games listed are not universal because my store still had them at the old prices (FN RD 4, RED FACTION and EA Active etc.) Pissed me off the prices hadn't dropped, but I'm guessing they were holding off dropping prices to screw the consumer who wasn't aware of the drops. Guess I'll just have to wait for Black Friday or next Buy 2 Get 1 sale to use my credit.

Scorch reported that most games went back to regular price on 11/10. Fight Night Round 4 was still on sale at that time, but may have gone back to full price before today which was the originally posted end date (according to emails) for most of these prices. In the fine print it was stated that prices can change at any time.
 
traded in 8 copies of Pipe Mania-PS2 for $9.90 each($79.20).
FEAR2:project Origin-x360 got me $6. there is another FEAR2 for x360 that showed $27. i tried to get my boy to give it to me but he was like nah. lol i was like no problem since ur put those all those Pipe Manias for me. God of War 2-PS2 was $7. my grand total of trade credit now stands @ $218. im trying to shoot for a Elite for $300. but may just land @ the 60gb Pro.

Somewhat true. I think Red Faction already went back up to $30 something.
 
Big thanks to the poster who brought the Pipe Mania flip to our attention. I was able to trade in 8 copies today between 4 locations (along with a couple of other odds & ends). I picked up New Super Mario Bros Wii, Punch Out!, & RE5 for a minimal amount out of pocket.
