Selling Code Cards on Ebay

I am attempting to sell some code cards on Ebay for League of Legends.

If I DO NOT e-mail the code, and only mail the physical code card with the unredeemed code on it, can I still be scammed?

I'd hope not, but I recently sold a code to a 0 feedback buyer and I'm a little concerned that there might still be a way he can screw me.

EDIT: I'm looking for relatively recent experience here. I can only find quite old information, and none of it is very relevant when it comes to being scammed in a situation where you mail the card.

Yes, they can file a SNAD dispute, all they have to do is mail it back to you.

When I had a couple of codes to sell for halo 4,

I did like 15 and everything went fine.

It's all luck really and you can pretty much get scammed any given moment.
