Selling Titanfall Beta Codes is against CAG Rules Giving OK

UPDATE: All Xbox One users will soon have access to the Titanfall Beta when it reachs your Xbox Dashboard.

CAG Trading rules state that Beta codes can not be given/sold unless allowed by the beta's EULA/TOS.

* Betas for games. Most TOS's/EULA's for the beta say that the beta discs can't be sold/given away, during the beta or after the beta has expired. Depends on the terms of the EULA/TOS for the beta, though if planning to sell/trade them on CAG, please provide a copy of the EULA/TOS that explains thet can be sold. Without that proof, betas can't be sold.

So you're ok with breaking the forum rules? There's a place called ebay if you want to buy one but selling codes there is against the eBay TOS. Would you feel better if I edited out my post that I would like a code? I didn't ask or beg for one from anyone but that's not against the Trading Rules and actually that request would be better off in the Free Stuff/Contest/Giveaway section.

I don't know if this was in reference to me. I say rules are rules. Don't break them, there are consequences. Next point, there is no point in even having a titan fall beta code, the servers are down. You can't play the game.

 
Sorry, I tend not to quote.  Not you Specter. You made a great point and I agree with your reply as well.  I suppose you could get the game download started with a code even if the servers were down.  Vince has stated they would consider extending the beta to the 19th if the servers remain down. Good thing they are doing a beta.

I replied to the topic you created about your posts getting deleted. I created this topic when I saw your original post so others would not have that happen. I'm sure the mods are pretty busy and can't PM everyone as to the reasons why their post(s) got deleted.
