As noted in another thread even buyers can find ways of "working the system" such as making an order and then when the item ships canceling it halfway so that you are out the item and the money unless you have step by step tracking.
Even then, I have heard cases where buyer's file a dispute after they have bought an item with excuses such as "item was not as described" or "item damaged" or "the box was empty" excuse, when we know its not the case.
