Hi I'm having a problem trying to get a shipping label printed to send an Xbox 360 in for repair. I keep entering a second line for my address but I've tried twice and it won't display in the return address on the UPS shipping label.
It just has:
Name
Phone #
Line 1 of Address
City State ZIP
I'm assuming there is no reason UPS would bring it back to me, but when Microsoft sends it back are they going to use the correct address with the 2nd line or use the wrong return address??
I really don't feel like calling them because their phone support is awful so hoping someone with experience with this issue can let me know. Thanks.
