Sex and the City Blu Ray 19.95 @ Amazon

Just skimming through my past orders on Amazon to try and weasel out some lower pricing and came across Sex and the City Blu-Ray at Amazon for 19.95. Too bad I can't get my 5 bucks back. Has anyone ever rebought at amazon for a return?? Seems silly with the hassle but 5 bucks is 5 bucks
