Shadows of the Damned at Play-Asia for $40-ish

Damn fine price but after NMH1 and 2 and Killer7 I simply cannot bring myself to buy this new.

Plus, it'll go cheaper. It's EA published. Not as fast as DS2 but it'll get there.

I actually don't know if the game is any good either but I'm hedging my bets. Probably worth playing. probably not worth paying.

I know I'll adore this game, but $60 is a steep price for something you gun through in eight hours. Like others have said, it'll be way cheap very soon.

They should've released it at a reduced price and had at least SOME advertising for it.
 
I want this game but I know by the end of the summer it will get much cheaper. This reminds me of a hybrid of from dusk till dawn mixed with resident evil 4 every time I see it in action
 
This game is so sick. I went against the cag in me and bought this day one. I'm so glad I did. I'm a sucker for dark comedy, good music, and third person shooters.

I know I'd enjoy it too; but if I payed $60 for it and was completely done with it in 6 hours, my guilt would outweigh and fun I had. With no marketing and no replay value, this game should've launched at $40--it would've spoken to a much larger audience. Once again, the $60 blanket price for video games leaves the smaller retail-space developers in the dust.

I don't what areas you live in but this game isn't fully stocked throughout the tri-state area(PA, NJ, DE). There were only a few copies on the shelves release week so the question isn't total sales as much as it's how much has it "sold thru" currently which seems like it has done well. Now if stores were to re-order thinking it'll move another 200,000 in 4 months then you'll see a $20 price cut fast but that's not going to happen.

The humor ranges from OK to hilarious, and the game is 99% in English.

Also, your comment sounds pretty racist and that stuff isn't tolerated on CAG.
 
The humor in this game is definitely hit or miss. I like most of it, but if someone says they don't it's really hard to argue otherwise.

Yeah I'm waiting for this game to drop, because I have no money, so even if it drops soon, it'll be a long wait for me lol. Would've been day 1 if I was working because it's Suda. The sales numbers are extremely unfortunate.

I'm looking forward to his next game too but seriously, how the hell is it going to get published here? It supposedly already has a publisher.
 
I noticed this on sale in the B&M goHastings stores for $39.99.

Not sure if it's used or new. Could always price match for those with stores in the area.
