I thought I'd help spread the word about this upcoming Shantae: Half-Genie Hero (Wii U) game since it doesn't appear anyone's really talking about it here on CAG.
WayForward has collected over $800K during their Kickstarter run and that's more than twice their target amount. There were some stretch goals that did not get met when their Kickstarter program ended. However, WayForward is still collecting donations through Paypal for the next few months so any further pledges will count towards those stretch goals (more playable characters, more bonus chapters, voice acting & animatied cutscenes).
