Anyone have a copy of Shenmue FS/FT?

Or, know where to pick it up on the cheap (I know it isn't really that expensive, but that doesnt mean it can't be even cheaper).

Try looking for it at your local Gamestop / EB Games, considering they are running that 75% off sale for Dreamcast systems, games, and accessories.
