He's already contacted MS and verified the code was good & that it was also redeemed the same day he emailed the code to the buyer.
It's just a PoS buyer scamming people out of money so that he can get a free Xbox Live subscription. Makes me wonder if this is some kid that's screwing people over with his parent's PP account.
OP, I'd save those emails, that way there's proof other sellers are confirming he's pulled the same crap multiple times.
