Sounds good to me. You can always get a fair price for Oblivion down the road if you don't want it. Not much you could do with the other games though. . . well I suppose play them. Defintely test it first though.

Yep, they banned systems, not live accounts.

I'd be wary of buying a used system now without first testing a live account on it.
