Skylanders - In Stock at Amazon (Singles and Triple Pack)

dang I was about to buy Sonic Boom and its sold out again!

Is the only element I need and it seem like a good skylander. I have PS3 version. Buying 3DS and 2 Adventure pack. That means I'd Have Spyro x2 (lightning), Trigger Happy (Metal), Gill Grunt (Water), Stealth Elf (Life), Ignitor (Fire), Ghost Roaster (Death), and Terrafin (Earth). So sad missed Sonic Boom, that thing sold so fast hahaha.
 
Hopefully this means that retailers will start getting more figurines soon. ToysRus owes me a damn figure from their promotion, but there hasn't been a single one available at any store since Christmas.
 
I haven't really looked into this game much and I was just wondering how it works and if its any good, since there's a lot of hype around it.
 
I keep seeing these things on Craigslist for way more. I didn't know this was so popular. I don't even know what this is. Goooooooogle time.
 
They have tons of this stuff at my Best Buys. Is any of this stuff there or are these Amazon/TRU exclusives? If anyone is looking for something particular I can see if the stores I cover has it.

Amazon doesn't have any exclusives...TRU had one.

So far, the only other way to get Dark Spyro is by
getting the 3DS bundle...but seeing how things
are going, it should be released again, either in
a three-pack, or as an individual pack. The same
goes with Ignitor, which is also currently exclusive
to the 3DS bundle.

I don't know why, but Amazon Germany is the best I've found
for keeping up with future Skylander releases.

I've had a number of things shipped from them, using my
Amazon US account (same login). So, if you're in patient,
you can order it from them.

NOTE: I don't know 100% if they'll ship them to you. I've
had games and movies shipped, with no snags, but I
don't know about these. There should be no reason that
they shouldn't. I guess that they will tell you if they
aren't going to, before the order is complete.

NOTE: I don't know if these are, in any way, region
locked. I don't think that they'd go through the trouble,
but they might. Who knows...

Activision has all the reason in the world to flood the market with these things. There's no way those previous store exclusives won't end up coming back in other ways. Activision is all about the short term gain rather building a long term base. They've never advertised the figures as "collectible" is evidence enough for me that they have no intention of limiting their production runs. Spending that $100+ on the TRU exclusive legends is downright foolish.

Ahh, well then I guess they are taking a slightly collectible approach then. Still, I don't feel like they're going to limit the print-run of the regular figures.
 
Hopefully a sign that supply on these is starting to loosen up. After not being able to find any for a couple weeks, I actually saw a few in the wild today. Still haven't seen more than three on the pegs at a time since just before xmas. Unfortunately, I've been unable to turn up a Stealth Elf or Chop Chop. Of course, the two that my kids want.
