Yea, I would suggest doing the TRU deal as well. Even if you don't want the 2nd game you could trade it in for $32-$35 @ BBY/GS.

Sell the other game for $30-40 after the sale and you can end up paying a little less for some work.

Yep, or just keep the second game. If you're planning on buying Sleeping Dogs for $50, why not spend another $10 and get another game that just came out as well? It will be a hell of a long time before you get a $10 Darksiders 2.
