CAGiversary!
Apologies if this has been posted already.

It is able to be activated in Steam, and it is region-free.

Edit: Just found out that this website sells codes that are the Russian version. I'm pretty sure you can change it, but I don't know how. Here's some info: http://www.gamespot.com/forums/topic/28914489 , http://www.amazon.com/forum/video g...orum=Fx1T1DM93QU4XL1&cdThread=Tx34QD9JAWCH3X5

Also, just found a coupon code for 10% off that MAY work. Give it a shot: IY7TV2GQGR

I've checked into it, and it seems legit. I updated the OP with some links.

A lot of them are "legit" in the sense they won't steal your money but not legit in many other regards. But I didn't think sites like CAG liked them talked about generally. Because if they did I imagine there'd be a hell of a lot more posts about them.

The game is in the 25 dollar range on most CD key sites, and this site had it for 21 the other day (got reported by Slickdeals, and they sold out).

These types of sites are banned/blacklisted on neogaf for a reason.. you never know how exactly they obtained their keys, they could always have a possibility of being stolen. You risk having the game removed from your account down the line.. I never saw the logic in buying from sites like that. I always stick to the sites we know are 100% legit, like Amazon, GamersGate, GreenManGaming, Impulse, Gamefly, etc.

I think it's better to just wait a couple more months for the game to drop to $10-15 than risk getting a shady key.
