I LOVE the fact that he completely blew you out of the water, and made you look like a complete moron, and you defend yourself with something childish and unbelievably stupid. "Oh yeah...well you don't know grammar!"

Ha! You told him! This is an internet forum, not a fucking dissertation. The only person who looks stupid when grammar corrections are being made, is the person who's making them.
He didn't blow me out of the water. He quoted an article from autoblog. And telling someone they don't know proper grammar isn't childish. If you don't know English well enough to defend yourself, you have already made a fool of yourself. The asinine people on this thread make me laugh.

Ok well, as you've clearly demonstrated, your ability to logically continue this argument has diminished to a point of no return.

What we've learned: Don't believe everything you read from some dude's blog/ don't talk shit.
Hybrid cars are clearly more environmentally friendly than non-hybrids.
Bonus: We've also inadvertently learned some grammar lessons from atarifreak, hurrah.

Funny how you post something from Yahoo Answers, and AutoBLOG.

"Toyota acknowledges that Prius production is more carbon dioxide heavy than that of gas-engine cars."

http://wheels.blogs.nytimes.com/2009/11/03/toyota-engineers-flowers-to-offset-production-pollution/

And yes they are using alternatives to offset the pollution, but it still exists in the first place.

Bro, you pulled out the grammar gun, its over lol.
It happens to the best of us. Sometimes we read or hear something without being careful of examining where that information came from.
I'm sure you can educate me about a different subject that I've obtained false information for, but believe me, this isn't one of them.

That article still doesn't account for the post-pollution production by the prius, which is way less than non-hybrids. Just stop lol. Your wrong. Be a man and move on.

Can we get a mod here to clean up this shitheap? All it is now is horrible posts from blogs and new articles, some guy that doesn't know how to post images from imageshack, and rampant stupidity. Less shit talk, more guide talk.

LOL, I forgot to check up on this thread. I doubt you people can even afford a prius when 90% of deal threads are posts about "does Best Buy charge cards when you order or at shipping" or "I hope this deal is still alive when I get paid on Friday."

I wasn't talking about Co2 emissions when the car was on the road, I was talking about the production of the battery itself. And I don't want to argue anymore it's stupid, the last few days have been some bad days for me. I tend to go off on people when I'm in a bad mood, and I shouldn't. As far as right or wrong, I was just arguing for the sake of arguing. So yeah, I'm done, and I apologize.

Good point. All the people who know English as a second or even third language and try to stick up for themselves are fools. Point proven; you win.
