I don't know why would you want the deluxe set. It consists soft cardboard slip box, hard cardboard holder, a cardboard divider and soundtrack. And that so called "artbook" is not artbook at all, it just a mere manual.
Well, you could buy reprint at amazon for $30.

You can buy the deluxe insert at ebay, but it's missing a soundtrack. Seller seem to be selling hard to find Atlus case insert such as brigandine and Persona 1 psx.

If your lucky you might find a few on cheap on ebay. Some people might think it's a reprint, which result in low bids.
