Got an email yesterday saying BBV Online had shipped my next move, which is odd as I haven't had BBV Online for years. Figured it was a spoof email or some new way to try and scam me so I ignored it. Went to the mailbox today, poof, a movie from Blockbuster...? s
I did a bit of checking, couldn't find anything online about random shipments of movies to closed accounts. I decided to check out my old online account page. After a bit of hit and miss remembering my pwd I got in. I went to "my account" and it said... "next billing cycle, n/a please re-subscribe." k
Gunna walk down to my local BBV and see what's the what before I call the wtf hotline at bbvo customer service.
Anyone elses canceled accounts, for anything, just come back to life on you?
