Just was in my local Half-Price Books http://www.halfpricebooks.com/ and they had some decent PC games for dirt cheap.
I picked up Elite Force 2 for $8, Arx Fatalis for $5, and Perimeter for $6. They also had some other goodies, like a Baldur's Gate 2 with expansion box for $10, UT2004 (Can't remember the price), and Ground Control 2 for around $8.
And though the PC games were new in box, they had some used console games as well, but they didn't seem to be priced as good (Halo 1 used for $15). Still, if you're a PC gamer and have one of the stores around it might be worth taking a peek.
