Sonic Rush

I remember a while ago some places had Sonic Rush for $10, and since my little brother is getting a DS for Christmas and loves the sonic games, I was hoping to get him a copy. So where would I be able to find it cheapest? (Also, what is it at Toys R' US B/M, I saw some on the shelfs unmarked in price, and could of sworn it was a clearance item there)

I believe it was $14.99 at TRU. Sonic Rush Adventure was in the same cardboard display and scanned for either $14.99 or $19.99.
