Let me say this though, this camera is good that it's waterproof and compact. For better image quality though and a massive zoom (while still retaining some compactness), check out the Sony HX9V.

I'm looking for something rugged though, as the person i'm buying this for is kind of a klutz, and also she wanted a camera that would go underwater.
She has already broken another camera from dropping it lol. But thanks for the suggestion and help!

The cheapest i've found so far is 270 at newegg with free shipping. I'm not sure what I should do, to wait for black friday... not to wait for black friday... None of the ads have a deal on the camera so I'm kind of leaning to not waiting.
 
Good thing I waited, the daily deal on amazon is this exact camera for 170. Best price it's gonna be, and if you are in the market for a shock proof, water proof camera, doesn't get much better than this.
