If you're a Sony Rewards member, you might have gotten an e-mail inviting you to participate in a survey to get a $10 Amazon gift card.

The title of the e-mail is "Participate in Sony Research for a $10 Amazon Gift Card"

It's a pretty quick and easy survey, took me less than 10 minutes. Mainly asks about credit card usage. You get the code instantly after completing the survey.
