You need to post their physical stats. As it is now, it's too tough to call. Although, I believe Cheapy is taller, so I'd give him the reach advantage.

And by "duel", do you mean with pistols, rapiers or just bare knuckles?

Indeed. Let's put all three into a hexagon for a "baldy battle-royale", and see who comes out in one piece.

On second thought, Harry has a lower center of gravity, and probably has stronger legs/back. He could probably take Cheapy in a ground battle.:D
