Sooo.... what are the chances we get a 2D Metroid on WiiU?

I loved DK 64! Was bloody awesome!

Looking forward to the Wii U release as well, Its a console that you can reason having with your GF as you can say that theres fitness shit on it ;-)
 
My hopes for Metroid in the future =

- One 3d game like Prime
- One 2d game like Super Metroid/Fusion
- A sequel to Fusion
- The games be developed by Retro or Nintendo, nobody else
-Samus goes back to being silent and deadly not a chatterbox with low self-esteem

- Take it easy on the Zero Suit, I don't want this heroine to be a steroetypical sexified female videogame character
 
I was thinking about this with Zelda. I cant make it through the wii ones. I did like Windwaker. I iust onewant a new one like link to the past.
