Soul calibur stick for the ps3

I recently saw someone online selling this for 40 bucks brand new unopened.

First time stick user so i want to know what you guys think of this stick.

Is this a regular stick or a te stick?

Im also going to be using this for marvel vs capcom 3. Any advice? What do you guys think

Also wondering if this stick if i can upgrade it to better parts if i wanted too. Any input would be helpful
