Square-Enix is doing it again

For Easter 2016 they are offering a surprise box which will include 5 Steam Activated games for a low price of $9.99 which they claim will be worth over $80 in value.

This deal lasts until March 20th. On or around March 21st the 5 games will be revealed.

Probably going to include FFXIV again, because of the latest patch.  Doubt we've seen the last of Life is Strange: Episode 1, either.  With Mankind Divided, wouldn't be surprised if they threw in Deus Ex GOTY, as well.

 
"Steam Activated" meaning Steam is needed to use them, or they are automatically activated to your Steam account?

Just wondering for purposes of already owning one of the games, could you pass the code on to a friend?

 
Come on guys. Don't fall for this again. You don't remember SE completely screwing the blind bundle Christmas buyers by releasing a see before you buy Humble Bundle one week later that was almost twice as good? That screwjob was so epic, Capcom got jealous and decided to release a 50% complete Street Fighter V to the public just to take the crown back.
