Star Ocean (PS2) 29.99 at Biggs YMMV?

Star Ocean: Til the End of Time (PS2) was priced at $29.99, new, at Biggs. I saw this price at the Fields Ertel location in Cincinnati and assume it is probably storewide. It is still $49.99 at EB, BB, CC.

Well I know it's cheap on Gamefly.Com, but I want to get a new copy of it. And I've been waiting for this game to drop down in price forever.
