I Found Star Ocean: TLH for the 360 at walmart in Delmont PA. for $19.96. I also saw it at a Walmart at Greensburgh PA for $14.96. So it looks like a YMMV.
BTW I did search through 7 pages looking for a Walmart thread but I didn't find one and I am in a hurry. So if this was posted already I am sorry.
