Star Wars TFU: Ultimate Sith PS3: Rare?

Was poking around on ebay and noticed the steel cased Sith ediition for PS3 is being purchased for pretty high amounts. Is it OOP or otherwise rare for some reason?
 
Check the forums I think there is a thread going on about this, and I think there was a small print run on the USE. I ended up trading mine during the last 50% bonus and picked it up again when I saw that GS was OOS online and the stores were not being refreshed. So I think it is getting rare.
