Starcraft 2 Collector's Edition w/o tax + free shipping?

Hey all,

For many reasons, I've been late to jump on the bandwagon of SC2, but have been looking for some time now on good deals for the Collector's Edition.

I've been waiting for Amazon to get it back in stock, but it looks like that isn't happening anytime soon.

Does anybody know what the best deal to get the game from a reputable website without tax, and with free shipping is right now? Gamestop has it back in stock (http://www.gamestop.com/Catalog/ProductDetails.aspx?product_id=77632), so does anybody know any codes that would make the final price simply $99.99?

you should just but it so you can guarantee you have a copy... and so you can support blizzard to keep putting out great content.
I know of no deals on it. best buy might have it in stock.
