Just to clarify, you need to sign up for a free account at http://learn.code.org/, then complete ALL the courses in order to get 27 trophies (should not be too hard if you know any programming, but it will take at least an hour or two if you don't watch any of the videos). Once you have done this, you will be taken to a page where you can select the game you want and it will give you the Steam key (at least it did for Portal 2, I am not sure if all prizes provide a Steam key).

scroll down a litle and then you will see numbers of lvls and trophys, do all of the lvls and earn all the 27 trophys and then you will see "claim the prize" then it will redirect you to prizes page, choose 1 (like portal 2) and it will give you a code which you have to redeem

How many hours needed for this? I have 8 throphys, and I don't know how can I reach the 27

2-3 hours, even if you do everything right the first time. There are over 140 exercises to finish. And the Steam rewards are most notably Plants vs. Zombies and Portal 2.

People are also saying that they're not getting the $10 iTunes gift card as an option. So yeah...determine for yourself whether it's a worthy investment of your time, lol.
