meh, incompetent employees will be incompetent, they didnt properly sign their binary, which if they did this wouldn't have happened even if the cert had expired. Hopefully they realize this and will have it fixed once and never have to worry about it again

 
got a coupon for a free jacks pizza at meijer in the mail today.  don't even have to use my super secret handshake with the 80 year old cashier to make it work.  best gaming deal I've seen all week!

In all honesty, my Rift barely gets used anymore. Novel idea, lots of shovelware. I miss google glass.

Yesterday, PCGamer posted an HP Omen desktop with a 1080 that you could buy for cheaper than any of the 1080s available for purchase online right now.

You might have luck getting a MSRP GPU at a retail store like Best Buy or Microcenter by showing up in the morning when they get new stock.

Otherwise, prebuilt or SOL.

 
Thanks for the advise Fox, I'm not sure how I didn't hear about the shortages before shopping for a card today.  Luckily my card still works, I'll ride it out.

New update to PUBG reportedly has faulty cheat-detection logic that is banning random players. Saw a 1.6gb update and got excited that it might be another big update, only reason why I bothered looking it up. Will probably wait until Blueballs fixes it before I play again.

The Nvida store had cards at MSRP for all of 12 minutes earlier this morning. You should've been near a computer at that exact moment with a registered Nvidia account and all your shipping/billing information already entered. When you look at it that way, it's your own fault for missing out.

Ubisoft just announced they are shutting down the servers to Division 1 as most players have migrated to Division 2.

Someone on the Reddits said that MC had joined the "street value" GPU club so that might be a no-go.

Your best bet for a GPU right now is to find someone else who already owns that GPU and murder them. Also, be sure to steal the GPU afterward or else it's just senseless murder.

Which is why I am finally playing the Crew right now. To have 19 vehicles unlocked when I start the Crew 2 (release date a few months) in approximately 2 years.

(Though I need to play more Division, but probably not a lot until the R6S event ends)

Those gaming chairs that were posted on the CAG's twitter.

Does anyone have one of those respawn chairs? 

My old chair that I had since forever is beaten up now so I was looking to replace it with something with good back support with myself having a bad back.

This is the chair I have. It's quality. I like it. Helps with my back. Best part would be you can probably find it in-store and sit on it to test if it works for you. I went to Staples one day and just sat in every chair they had and this was my favorite, even above more expensive chairs, but chair are so personal so it might not work for you.

 
Muh graphics card.... I decided I would rather wait 3-5 months for the new generation of GPU's than try to round up a reasonable priced used one.  Might get a mid-tier gaming laptop in the interim.

Not gonna happen. Time to lower your expectations! We'll all be extra fortunate when Valve releases the remastered version of Bad Rats. As a MOBA.
