Meh, finally they offer a decent deal for owners of the Steam version. Problem is, the dlc for Wildlands has had horrible reviews for years. Every time I see it on sale, I'm reminded why I never buy it. Shame too, because the base game was good.

Thanks for the info on the free dlc though.

Semi surprised that they can't clean up their code on FC6. I thought the stand alone expansion to FC5 ran better? But then, it is Ubisoft.

Might be a long shot, but if anyone that doesn't want Deathwing/Warpips/Darq wants to partner up for cheaper games in Fanatical's October Platinum bundle let me know!

Don’t update to the latest version of Microsoft products right away, news at 11.

These are 100% being sold from Amazon Prime accounts linked with Twitch Gaming. They're giving away Ghostrunner GOG codes for free this month.

Quick laptop question. It's not for me, obviously, since I would never buy an electric frisbee, but let's say one were to buy a laptop strictly for the purpose of, let us say, "music production" and they wanted some cheap, low profile expandable storage for their $300 paper weight to store said music files. What would be the best option???

Dell Outlet laptop. Cheaper deal, still new(er) hardware, and solid warranty. Always bought from them.

this Far Cry game sure feels like a Far Cry game. now i know how it feels when people say "x" sports game is the same fuck ing game every year. anyways, playing this game feels great on my new 8bitdo pro 2 controller. now that is a quality product, unlike this cookie cutter damn Far Cry game.

Christ that reminds me that I have a free copy of this from buying a 5800x nearly a goddamn year ago. fuck. Now I'm going to have to actually play it.

I think that I have quit exactly 40-60% of the way through every single Farcry game that I've played.  I can't say that about any other video game franchise.

That's really where we're / I'm at with Ubisoft games.  It's a truly unique gameplay habit exclusive to Ubisoft titles.

I've played and enjoyed Far Cry 2-5, though not a fan of Blood Dragon or Primal.

This one... this one feels like I felt about Saints Row 4.  The rocket launcher backpacks and CD-shooting Macarana guns and punk combat roosters just takes it over the edge for me from over-the-top combat antics to just "lol random" nonsense.  This is probably going to be a $15 purchase for me because I just can't muster the enthusiasm for that stuff.

I'm hearing rumors that Alan Wake Remastered on Epic might be a single-player always-online / online-only game, on Reddit on GOG. Hopefully, it ain't true - but God knows, now that Epic has a new Achievements system and all. [shrug]

Shit, I never redeemed the Avengers game or the WoW/CoD game from my computer parts from last year. Thanks a lot, toilet gamer.

Well if you want GTA 3, Vice City, or San Andreas on Steam, better hurry up because they're all getting delisted next week to make room for the upcoming Trilogy re-release (which, of course, isn't even coming to Steam).

Well crap decided to buy the gta trilogy through humble bumble just incase steam takes it down early..but hate that it's full price oh well

15% discount if you have the humble choice stuff...

Granted, that price is still high. I got a bundle of the first 5 GTA way cheaper a few years back.
I'm trying to decide if it's worth it for me to buy three old games again that I (a) already own on my PS2, original Xbox, PS3, Xbox 360/Xbox One and that I (b) will probably never play but will buy for the sake of telling myself that I bought them again before Rockstar ruined them.

I hear ya. Sometimes I grab them before they get delisted and other times I just say fuck it. I'm not consistent on it.

I will say hooking up an old console to play games... I'm not really good at that.

I know with GTAIII there's a mission fair early on that is fucking horrible and the idea I could skip it on PC is fairly attractive. Granted, thats assuming it could be done but as popular as those titles are I imagine you can find tools to make it so.

Via isthereanydeal.com I found it for 16% off.

Ah, yes - the GTA Trilogy Classics.

Got them a long time ago for Steam, back when they were super-dirt cheap w/ coupons, thanks to probably AmazonTony (probably not AmazonJosh) and those awesome sales. The good old days of Amazon DVG Division (Amazon Digital Video Games).

Just checked Amazon - it was Jan 23rd, 2014. Might've been an Editors Choice Amazon Sale. It was $2.11 for the whole Trilogy.

Oh, plus I still got my old-school retail-disc copies of GTA3, VC & SA.

Muse Dash is 50 cents on Steam down from $2.99 for the next 10 hours.

I think that this is to help sell the game's overpriced DLC, but reviews suggest that you can get hours of enjoyment from the base game.
As a music game fan, no, the Muse Dash DLC is not overpriced. Compare it to any other hot commodity game that's not fan driven and it's WAY more money.

Loved it during the summer. Haven't opted into the DLC because still wanting to master the challenge of harder levels in base game.

You'll love it if you love rhythm games, anime waifus, and the poppy music associated with those things.

You would think if Rockstar wanted to pull the Old GTA Trilogy Classics - they would just bundle the Old GTA Trilogy Classics with any purchase of the New GTA Trilogy Remasters.

That way, everybody wins. [shrug]

I got original GTA3 and VC in some bundle.  Never picked up SA on Steam and lost my physical copies ages ago -- still, not going to shell out regular price ($15) before they pull it.

Stumbled on to this, can only hope the remaster looks as good as this guy's work:

Daddy lost some serious money gambling on a (rigged) bum fight, so who wants to put up some cash re: how this GTA Trilogy remaster bullshit will go?

1) the barest minimum "remaster" that costs way too fuck ing much and is truly an embarrassing cash-grab, if there ever was one, which sets a new low in gaming, but somehow will get defended by diehard GTA turds: knobs who salivate over GTA6 or nostalgic fan boys who can't admit the obvious

OR

2) a decent, though certainly in no way deserving of the cost (no matter how cheap it is), effort by some 3rd party that R* paid the minimum to slap a new coat of paint over an old beater, just to give them enough sales to continually string along people looking forward to GTA6, which still won't launch for another 5 years anyway

Place your bets now!

Thank God I still my have my old retail copies of GTA3, VC & SA; and my Steam copies (when it was like $2.11). B/t the Steam-prices w/ the classic versions and the likely $70 price-tag for the GTA Trilogy Remaster - yeah, that's just nuts.

If they do plan to charge $70 for these games - it better come w/ the classic versions also; and they could at least bring over & also Remaster GTA: Vice City Stories, Liberty City Stories, and Chinatown Wars & put those in this collection too.

Does anyone know why Vice City Stories, Chinatown Wars, and Liberty City Stories never came to PC?

Were those exclusive? Or was Rockstar just....well, being lazy Rockstar here? [shrug]
