Got a booster for T.E.C 3001...since it's not worth much i'll just craft the badge...lucky cheap cards and not too many for the crafting. Also helps i'm on team Green heh.

Left off FF9, the only one I'd probably actually consider rebuying at this point. I've thought about playing 7 again but it has not aged well and the thought of suffering through Midgard again always puts me off it. And with 8 I've never been able to tolerate it past disc 2, easily my least favorite of the series. 9, however, was all around pretty great, except maybe the final boss... but that was in keeping with the throwback nature of the game having something big and nasty kind of drop in out of nowhere.

I've only played a little of it, but what I played I'd say it's worth the 2.50. If you're playing on a tv/big picture sort of thing, everything is kind of small which can make inventory management something of a chore, but that's the only big knock I'd have against it at this point.

Ahhh, arcades, I miss arcades. People actually had to conduct themselves with a certain degree of respect and etiquette lest they actually get their ass beat. Try throwing racial slurs and the like around an arcade in the 90s and you probably weren't going to last too long. I pretty much grew up in arcades, because watching bowling is boring. The best was when my sister was dating a guy who worked at Putt-Putt and he'd just give me a ton of tokens to keep me busy. I could spend all day listing favorites, but I'll just see if anyone else ever played Galaxy Force in the giant gyroscopic setup? Full 360 degree rotation, with a pretty good range of pitch as well, made a middling Space Harrier-esque shooter so much more entertaining. A few weeks ago actually got to play an F-Zero AX machine which was pretty sweet too. Back in the day I was a bit bitter over giant experience cabs taking over arcades with redemption machines, but at the same time, I have to admit any video game that requires a seatbelt is kind of sweet.

Just to double check, I already have Skyrim and I see that the Legendary Edition is on sale. If I buy the legendary edition, I will not have an extra copy of Skyrim in my inventory, correct?

Has anyone bought anything off the guy selling Skyrim Legendary for $8?  He looks like he has plenty of good CAG feedback, but I'm curious if anyone can vouch for him.  Sadly, it's probably cheaper for me to pick up Hearthfire and Dragonborn that way, than continue to hope Bethesda actually puts them on sale for a decent price.

I can't bring myself to buy it knowing there's a super deluxe paid patch coming out. No matter how cheap it gets. It's like buying Fallen Enchantress, sure you could but why would you want to by something obsolete?

Anyways, Green's about to win in 20 minutes. Recommendations for what I should try to win off my wishlist? Stick of Truth is probably one of them. Any other suggestions?

Growing up, somehow I was banned (by the parental units) from owning consoles.

I did however have a Sears Branded Pong/Tennis/Soccer game with the potentiometer controls. I was the hit of the neighborhood.

Neighborhood kids had the Atari & NES, so we would do our rounds to the different homes for game session & popsickles.

I did get a Commodore 64, Floppy drive, and later on a commodore 128... which I did the bulk of my gaming on as a kid, all through elementary school.

So, I know I've been MIA for a while in this forum, so I am still catching up on some of the new "things" around here such as Playfire.

On a whim, I signed up last night. I already have $1.02 in my account. Cool! I wish I found out about this earlier.

Also - The Swapper is a great buy. I really enjoyed that game (although the story does get a little existential/2deep4u) and its mechanics. Nice game for $3.

Ahhh, the memories of Win 95 PC - granted, I don't think I mentioned that I played Fallout 2 and Diablo 1 on it.

I have Murdered already, it's not that great and it's Squeenix so it'll be on sale soon enough.

I probably should have picked Next Car Game, I went with Stick of Truth, Witcher 3, and Day Z. If Witcher 3 doesn't count because pre-order, ARMA 3 is right under Day Z.

On a similar note, now that I'm sold off my cards for it :p, The Ballard of Solar is on sale for $1.95 and is getting good prices on its cards (you get 3 which are starting at $.54-$.86 right now) and it's actually a decent casual game sort of along the lines of Hero of the Kingdom.

Yes it's bundle fodder but you could probably get most of your money back from selling cards right now, assuming everyone and their Big Fish granny doesn't get the same idea of course.

I probably should have picked Next Car Game, I went with Stick of Truth, Witcher 3, and Day Z. If Witcher 3 doesn't count because pre-order, ARMA 3 is right under Day Z.

What I'm more annoyed about is that Castle Crashers and Batteblock are both 75% off but the "Can't Stop Laughing" bundle with both is MSRP. :wall:

 
Personally thought Murdered Soul Suspect was great just not at $60 it would have to be like $20 or just to be a good deal because with a 6 hour story and no replay ability it was disappointing when it ended.

Metro LL is at the price I want so I'll grab that, might consider Battleblock Theater, and does anyone think MGS Reveangance will go lower?

Yeah, that's possible. I've been refreshing :p I'm tempted by the game, but I won't buy until I know for sure if that 2 pack price is what it's supposed to be.

 
It must suck to the be the people who payed $90 for Planetary Annihilation. I guess those types think they are helping poor starving indie charities though.

I'm not seeing this supposed $5 South Park either so either someone is trolling or Sunasun ate one too many hamburgers.
