I am so upset right now this is bullshit. What do they have a monkey messing up two times. No way this is just a tactic they used to have more people go to their site. This is unacceptable. If anyone else gets this email please let me know. They just ruined my Christmas. Its the only thing I got my son and he was so happy he started marking days off the calendar till he is able to get his games. Now I got to tell him that he isnt going to get anything!!! HELL NO. I dont know when this sale happened but im a little confused. You bought it prior to Dec 25th. And you never had the keys the entire time? They sent a message on the 27th of December saying your sons christmas present wont be honored. What did you do on the 25th for him? I mean even if they did honor it and he'd been marking the days off why didnt you ask them for the keys on the 24th or much sooner? I guess im just confused as to why you havent had the games all along if you bought them several days before christmas.

Gamersgate ran out of keys and said they'd be in mid janurary. So he probably gave his son the receipt as a "Heres your incoming Christmas present" . Gamersgate has changed their mind and said they will not be giving the keys out , and refunded everyone.

Well you can always buy it from this guy. Works out to $115 for all of them (not sure how his discount works but I guess it's $45 off if you buy all 9 games).

It was an obvious price mistake. Buying your son something that you knew had a chance of not being honored is you being a shithead, not GG being shady.

Thing is, if they would of told me first that, hey price error so no. I would of been like damn, sucks but alright. Never told my kid anything and he would of got something else. But they told me mid-January so I was like cool I will wait for them keys. In the mean time my money was taken of course and I couldnt get anything else at the time when I purchased them. Because I had already spent the money on the pack. I am just mad they told me I would get it and then turned around and said oh wait nevermind.

@n4styn4t3. Dude I am not being a shithead at all. I knew there was a chance they would not have honored it. Till they sent me an email saying yes mid-January. So I figured I could wait the 3 weeks or so. Not trying to be an a$$hole about it but hey if you say one thing dont do another. Its like someone here saying hey you want Borderlands 2 cool you got it for $15 then later saying ok give me till I get home to send it to you. When they get home they tell you oh wait nevermind but still took your money and have yet to give it back. They havent given my money back by the way. So I cant get anything else still.

Ah ok in that case that really does suck. If they promised them in Jan and then backed out of it 2 days after christmas. Tied up someones money until after the holiday. It would have been much better for them to just say it was a mistake up front. I cant fault them for backing out of it or Borderlands but they need to say it up front (which they are doing with borderlands today). Which is nice because now someone can go buy it from another sale while its still cheap today.

This happens whenever someone is in a region with very low pricing (like Mirror's Edge was $2.50 in like Australia last year), and that person is willing to help people out.

Sims whatever expansion? Sims games are like in the top 5 grossing game series of all time, I believe, so I'm not surprised.
