I got an AMEX gift card for Christmas, problem is Steam/Paypal do not take those but Amazon did (so I bought an Amazon gift card with it).
So if anyone would like to buy a game from Amazon for Paypal, let me know! I am also willing to knock 5% off the price that Amazon asks (so you can get Deus Ex: HR for $9.50 paypal, for example) as an extra incentive :)
