Anyone capable of snagging You Need A Budget for less than $14.99 or System Shock 2 for $2.49? I really do need a budget, which is why I'm at the point of asking for a discount on a $21/2 game. I only have money on my credit card, so I get charged per PayPal transaction - and I have $13 left. I'm also willing to throw in any trading cards/UnEpic (check the link in my sig) for the two.

Just as an FYI, Rise of Prussia is no longer sold on Steam, so you might have some trouble tracking it down. Great game, though!
