@Kia-Tiaph: That's an old rule that was changed 6 months or so back. That rule was in place because in the past you could buy HIBs, with Steam keys, for as little as 1 cent. That was changed ($1 is the new minimum for Steam keys), and selling HIB keys is now allowed.

As for anyone who doesn't like someone's prices, just don't buy them. It's against the rules to complain about someone's prices.

Take a minute and read the TOS of every bundle site out there. They all have about the same, or exactly the same (Indie Royale and HIB have identical TOS on that point) TOS. It's also against Indie Gala's rules to do group buys. If you wanna get into the nitty gritty, we're not even allowed to GIVE the games we get in bundles away, even if we already have said games.

But hey, if you want to be that guy...

Am I missing something? He's charging OVER retail price. The game is 26.99 on the Steam store currently and 30 bucks without that 10 percent discount. It's not a good deal in any form.

If anyone needs any help purchasing ANY bundle, for whatever reason, I will be willing to do it at NO COST to me. I understand that buying these can be difficult or downright impossible depending on where you are and you get stuck having to buy it from someone selling above cost while the bundle is going. It's against the rules to complain about prices on this thread. It's not against the rule to sell HIB keys, or put whatever price you want on them.
