So anyone know if I already activated the South Park code I got back in early Feb if it will still work?  On enhanced Steam when the game pops up it shows that I own it and it shows in my Library.

If it's already activated to your account then you're fine, it will work. The only games locked now are ones that had not already been activated (so if you had left it in your inventory for example).

Looks like the flagged Thief games that were redeemed are locked.  Welp so much for my meager savings.  I look forward to having to clean my bank account in mid March to pay for the refunds I get to do.  Often just acting as an intermediary too as a favor for friends.  Hooray.
