I hate Play because they realize steelbooks are highly collectible so they're pumping them out by the boatload. Also, they don't ship to me, and I'm grumpy about that.

I went to Best Buy this morning to pick up the LOTR trilogy, Batman, and Hangover steels. After my trade-in, I picked up the 18 I didn't own.

I hate my crippling addiction to steelbooks.

Comparing the Dark Knight Blu to the DVD release that has the same art, these blus look cheap. I mean if the DVD has inside art, why doesn't the Blu? And the Dark Knight blu has a pic of Batman on the side while Batman Begins doesn't. Why so inconsistent! ?

Well lol, I guess there's a lot of good to be said about these also. $20 for both steelbooms would be good enough for me, but they also give you a digital copy and a free ticket to see the third movie. Its all how you look at it

Looks like I'm going to have to exchange the "Gran Torino" steelbook again. Seems like the paint job is really bad on this one and it seems to chip VERY easily. First one had a bad scratch under the blue banner across the top. The second one has a long scratch along the top edge and alot of chips throught the cover that were hard to see through the wrapping.
