Big Hero 6 @ Target was a Steelbook, so I think you're right on that point.

About the entry on the Blu-Ray.com page, there's nothing to cross-reference it on BestBuy.com, so it's a rumor at this point. I'd take a guess as Nov - Dec for it coming out on disc, if not sooner.

 
There's a 5% off cartwell coupon for the Gambler it maybe can be used on the steelbook ver

My copy of The Gambler should be here today according to USPS.

EDIT: Showed up apparently with no issues, shipped in a vacuum-sealed cardboard mailer.  Now, just have to wait for Target to give me my $5 back on the pre-order price drop.

That, and I wish I'd see that my lenticular package version of Paddington that had a $5 GC pre-order bonus would ship out already.

You are probably still safe lol. I don't see this as being a hot seller as the movie reviewed poorly. The steelbook itself though is designed beautifully, which is why I picked it up. Definitely one of the nicer looking US steels in recent memory. There were still plenty left at my local Target on Tuesday afternoon.

Wow, didn't know about the $5 gift card offer for Paddington for online offer. I bought it in store with the 10% Cartwheel discount so it came out to $17.99 so I was happy with that. Just a warning though, the Cartwheel didn't automatically apply (despite the exclusive being pictured as eligible) and had to be manually entered as of yesterday (not sure if they fixed it today).

It was something I found on Blu-Ray.com when I was checking on something else. It ended the day I pre-ordered it, so I didn't think to put something up on here about it. I wouldn't have pre-ordered it if the $5 GC wasn't part of it, though I probably would have picked it up in-store with Cartwheel + RedCard at the $20 price for the Target lenticular version.

Yeah I believe they have had some $5 gift card offers for other titles for a limited time, too. I always seem to miss them lol though it's probably for the best as I don't have Red Card so shipping is not free for me, unless I meet the minimum order amount.

 
Zavvi limited is only limited to the UK. Sometimes, they are the only place that have the version. Other times, like The Gambler, they are the only one in the UK to have it, but Target has the same steelbook.

 
I blind bought the Gambler Steelbook today. Probably another 8-10 at my Target. Anyone able to speak to the actual quality of the movie itself?

I'm just hoping that someone gets a steelbook for this locally, be it Target, BB or Walmart. Has to be better than that trainwreck of a steelbook.

 
I think it would be passable if Wolverine wasn't the only one in an action pose.

IMO, a really cool Steel would be to have Wolverine front and center with his arms crossed, one hand with Adamantium claws, one hand with bone claws. Behind the bone claw hand, have Young!Xavier, Young!Magneto, Beast, and Mystique. Behind the Adamantium claw, have Old!Xavier, Old!Magneto, Rogue, and Shadowcat. Have a Sentinel looming above them all in the background.

That's way too busy. Why is Rogue behind everyone in a version titled Rogue cut?

And the coloring is just weird. If blue shows up, why doesn't most of Mystique?

 
My 50 Shades came in yesterday. A little disappointed with the printing. Grey and Seattle are shiny. It's hard to describe. Like it's trying to be high contrast but not high contrast enough, and it's trying to be grey-scale but not grey-scale enough.

It should have been matte.

 
For such crowded design, you'd think they would be doing something. It looks like everyone is just hanging out waiting for something to start, minus wolverine who is saying "come at me bro!".
