blu-ray.com has pics up for the French Steelbook for The Killing Joke. Hoping the US one looks the same (if there is one).

Thanks, Josef. Forgot I had a standalone order for Gods Of Egypt, so canceled that. Made a new order with Batman V Superman, Allegiant and ID4 20th Anniversary, as Allegiant + BvS was $49.98 and it wouldn't hit the GC being free. :wall:

Now, the BB site is fucked up for me, as I can't log in to cancel my standalone BvS order. Also grabbed PDF prints for 13 Hours now being $22.99 and Gods Of Egpyt now being $24.99, as they're on existing orders and I can't cancel + reorder since I already have my GCs.

EDIT: All fixed now for logins, order lookup is still fubar. Looks like it's all fixed on BB.com.

Definitely in for Allegiant and strongly considering Huntsman, but that would force me to buy a copy of the first movie on Ebay because I can't have one without the other.

My Gods Of Egypt SB just shipped out from BB.

Which reminds me, let me let you know what happened to my Deadpool SB, since it's about a 15 on the WTF meter:

I put in the claim for it with Best Buy back on the 12th and on the 14th, I had a call on my cell phone from a WA-based number.  The guy who called me told me that he ended up with my Deadpool SB among a shipment of his from UPS and was calling me to let me know that he had it.  I first asked him if my Deadpool SB ended up in WA and he told me that he keeps a WA number since he served in the military and know a number of people local in WA, though was local in St. Louis.  I then asked him if he could bring it by my work (the ship-to address) and he said he might not be able to do that until Friday the 20th.

The 20th comes and goes, no sign of my Deadpool SB, so I called him and ended up in his VM, so left him a VM.  The next day, no response, so I called him again, again, goes to VM.  Leave him a second VM, though nothing again on the following day (Sunday the 22nd), left a third VM.  I had replaced it with the one I ordered from BB on the 17th, so I was more trying to get the second one back so I could send it along to a CAG, though that was looking like it wasn't going to happen.

I called BB on the 23rd and let them know what happened, giving them the guy's name and phone number to let them know what happened.  They refunded me my money on the order, though my $15 RZ cert is in limbo since they're working on redoing the RZ back-end processing and it'll be a couple of weeks before I get that back.  BB said they would pass it along to UPS for their trace, though that appears to not have happened since UPS called me yesterday to find out if anything happened with my shipment. :wall:  I updated UPS about the issue and called it a day.

So, I did end up with one, though didn't get my original after all, except I didn't guess what happened was how it would have finished up.

This is lame, it's going to break the cycle of lenticular covers that Best Buy has had.
I think I'm going to pre-order at BB, so I can get the $10 GC by pre-ordering it with something else on the order to get it up to $50. The $10 GC promo may not be going into next week, as there's no sign of it on the flier for next week.

I ordered the 3D at BBY as well, tyrok mentioned that today is the last day, so less than 3 hours. According to him BBY is only going to honor this week and have ad retractions posted.

Glad to hear that you at least got one Shrike, but yeah but that's just...wow. I get the feeling this was you the whole time.

Zootopia gets a Target-specific set of covers for 3D and non-3D:

http://www.target.com/p/zootopia-3d-target-exclusive-blu-ray-dvd-digital-hd/-/A-51090302 @ $27.99 (out of stock for shipment)
http://www.target.com/p/zootopia-target-exclusive-blu-ray-dvd-digital-hd/-/A-51090296 @ $22.99

Best Buy gets 100 RZ points for pre-ordering Zootopia starting tomorrow.
When I ordered the 3D version from Target a couple weeks ago, it came with a $5 GC and I ordered Kung Fu Panda 3 that also had a $5 GC, making it equivalent the BB $10 GC deal.

Did you watch it? Or is all hearsay?
If you're looking for a great plot you're going to be let down. I, however, wanted to see Jamie Lannister in action, and the fight scenes delivered. I enjoyed the movie, but I don't think I'd ever own it unless it was a crazy cheap $5 bargain bin purchase. Still enjoyable though with a nice cast.

The It Follows steelbook is out this week at Target. I had preordered this on their website back on 4/14, but my order was still just floating out there in a created status. Anyone else that happened to preorder may want to just check their store and cancel their web order. No clue if/when they plan on fulfilling them.

Mine is showing Backordered when I checked on it with my Target.com app. Most of the stores around here didn't have it in-stock, though I found one semi-near to me that supposedly did have it in stock. I just hope it's not another SB version & Amaray version sharing the same DPCI again. We'll see what happens when the in-store pickup request gets fulfilled and if I get a SB or not.

fuck you, Target, sideways and with sandpaper. How can you fuck up something like this time and time again?

EDIT: It's been picked for in-store pickup and according to the rep I spoke with on the phone, it's the steelbook version. Looks like I dodged that bullet.

If anyone is still looking for the It Follows steelbook I noticed it is now part of the Best Buy steelbook/metalpak section in stores.  Price was $11.99.

Anybody know what the steelbook for Django Unchained listed on bestbuy.com looks like? AFAIK, that was a Target exclusive but now Best Buy has it? Is it just the same steelbook?

EDIT: I cancelled my Target order and made one with BB, plus picked up Expendables 1-3 (on sale from $9.99 to $11.99) as well as The Equalizer (also $9.99).
You have to be careful with The Equalizer as there is a Metalpak and a Steelbook for it. Some stores have one or the other or even a mix of both. I wanted the Steelbook and luckily my store had two copies. Figured I'd mention it since I know some people don't like Metalpaks.

Game of Thrones S3 steelbook @ BB : http://www.bestbuy.com/site/game-of-thrones-the-complete-third-season-5-discs-blu-ray-disc/5280705.p?id=3570331&skuId=5280705

Game of Thrones S4 steelbook # BB: http://www.bestbuy.com/site/game-of-thrones-the-complete-fourth-season-4-discs-blu-ray-disc/5280700.p?id=3570298&skuId=5280700

Both are showing up at $57.99 @ BestBuy.  Amazon has S3 listed at $74.99, though nothing for S4.

Target GOT S3 SB: http://www.target.com/p/game-of-thrones-season-3-blu-ray-steelbook/-/A-51062680

Target GOT S4 SB: http://www.target.com/p/game-of-thrones-season-4-blu-ray-steelbook/-/A-51062682

Target has them both for $39.99.  When S1 and S2 came out, Target had a deal to get a free Funko POP with the purchase of each season, though the Funko was returnable for almost all of its value.  Not sure if they'll do that again.

I'm guessing $39.99 is the release price, though since Target fucked up the It Follows shipments online, you might want to wait out BB for them to get it down to the $39.99 price if you're going to order them. Or just wait for release day and try for in-store pickup orders for both BB and Target.

It appears FYE may have gotten in a shipment of former Walmart exclusive steelbooks.  I saw the Total Recall remake steelbook from a few years back, and one of the Resident Evil movies at an FYE I went to this morning.  They were priced $9.99 each.  I wonder how many different steelbooks they got in.

There's been a few WM exclusives over the years, such as Battle LA, ST Into Darkness, Total Recall, Resident Evil movies,  plus others I'm sure I'm missing.  There's only one FYE I know of around here and it's not close by, so that's a semi-moot point for me.  I think I have all the WM exclusives from the past few years, so I can only wonder what they might have.

Forgive me if this was already posted. BvS steelbook is getting two different covers. One with Batman, another with Superman. Artwork for both is up too.

Great. I already placed an order for the old one when the $10 GC promo was active. Hopefully, it will turn into one of the two versions and then make a separate order for the other one.

My previous order with the $10 GC promo changed to the Batman steelbook which is the one I preferred. I wonder if the steelbooks are going to be the ultimate editions too or that is just for the 4k version.

That's what mine did. I ordered a Superman one on a separate order.

The SBs are supposed to be the UEs from what I've been reading. 4K is supposed to as well.

When's Civil War steelbook coming for Best Buy in the US?
No release date on the movie at all yet, though I'd imagine October - November. I'd be surprised if BB didn't have another SB for a Marvel movie, so keep an eye on BB.com as well as in here for details.

Early word is the 10 Cloverfield Ln steelbook will be $19.99 at Best Buy next week.
That'll be awesome to hear, since it was another one I ordered on the $10 GC promo like 13 Hours.

God.  I remember the day I saw all of those Pixar Ironpack movies on the shelves at Best Buy around Christmas one year for a short time.  I didn't even consider buying them because they were $30-35 apiece I believe and this is during a time where I spend $1-2k on holiday priced stuff.  Those things are worth a fortune now and impossible to find.  Hate myself so much for not buying them when I had the chance.  Never thought those ironpacks would be gone so quickly.
