Stoked (X360) $36.99 Pre-Order on Amazon

CAGiversary!
So I clicked on Amazon to find this game Stoked I've been waiting for to come out, this tuesday the 20th. It seems the release date has been pushed back to Feb. 24th by Destineer, but game release date on Amazon is March 16th, kind of weird. Either way, game looks sick and will probably kill Shaun White's abysmal game and bring a fresh new snow board game to this generation.

The huge real mountains that are designed by GPS to be as realistic as possible are Mt. Fuji, Diablerets in the Swiss Alps, Alaska, Mt. Shuksan in Washington, and Almirante Nieto in Chile. The ability to free-roam in a helicopter over mountains and drop anywhere you please is gonna be awesome. The dynamic weather system is another feature that'll be a cool element to experience.

For $36.99, can't go wrong IMO.

I think it's probably good that it got pushed back since I'm going to be playing skate 2 and I probably would skip this if it came out now but now I'll have a couple months to play Skate 2 first.

There is no way this game will ever match up to n64's "1080"
That, my friends, is the definition of "a classic game"

QFT, my favorite all time Snowboard Game to Date. :hot:

Hmm, the little I've seen on the game looks neat but I wouldn't pick it up blind. There's been so little media coverage for a game that was supposed to be out this week and that usually means the publisher doesn't want want people to know something about the game. Then amazon having it almost half off is very interesting. Hope it's good, looks cool but very worrisome.

msrp everywhere seems to be $39.99, so yeah...I'd wait for reviews before buying but that's just me being leary of budget titles.

Ah so now it's had a price drop too. Sounds more and more like publisher forced shovelware but then why would they bother delaying it? :\
Anyone actually see this game in a physical store for purchase? Gamestop, Best Buy, Walmart, Ect
I'm wondering the same thing.

I work part time at Gamestop here in Columbia, SC, and we had it in stock today for $39.99. Has anyone actually played this?

The street date is now 3/3 according to Best Buy. It appears that the Gamestops got the game this Friday as planned. I'm waiting for BB so I can use some reward zone coupons.
